So far the team is doing good. Nobody could figure out the ritual for the alter behind the pyrohydra so I had to 'give' it to them. The Elder fire elemental was a lot tougher for them then Ziz Ka-Seer was. They got some ranged firepower they were able to use in the cleric's rooms that they just coul...

Anyone else noticed this? On the margins' art we have good guys on the left hand side, and bad guys on the right. One of the bad guys is a wizard looking dude. But his true form is revealed on one of the pages. He is not all he would seem to be.

I'm having a problem getting his sheets to download. There is a disconnect for the Necromancer games sheet and the beta (retro 2e style) character sheets. Edit: Okay I found one that has This is based on an old 1st Edition sheet TSR put out. I went through a lot of these and so made my own. Revamped...

Not Even a 20 can Save Him ...

The dice gawds. How fickle their favor is. One time the team was fighting a young adult black dragon named Zetagon. They had found the plans for an airboat and had the Queen commision it built. Then they headed out north flying above the amassed kingdom's army to face Zetagon and his hordes. Did I m...

And I don't own a laptop so even if I could ... People can see my printed copy in my hand when I carry it from place to place...

Anyone have a clipart of a Klakton? I'll just use these backgammon chips. There's a handout the team can oogle if they need to see a Klakton. Well, I don't have clip art of a Klaklin, but I did modify a Chuul from WotC's Monster Manual to make counters for my game: http://misterhook.tripo...

I, too, have warm feelings for WPM. :D zzz, hunh! wha-! Dracolich?! what? where? Dragotha? Not yet. I can try, but it'll take a bit. I'm making a stack o...

I would have the efreeti publicly escape from White Plume Mountian and fly away. The gnomes could see it and relate it to the PCs. Perhaps the efreeti's escape could cause a rough tremor and a lava discharge. The gnomes would want to stop the recovery efferts until they feel the tunnels are safe ag...

I could use a hint (or three) about tying this one into my campaign. I'm trying to do this: *the team went into White Plume Mountain (the classic module) and got Darkrazor, but when they went to get Wave they popped the bubble. This flooded the entire dungeon since, for some reason, they broke down ...

You know those license plate holders that usually have the name of the dealership? I have a really old one that reads "Judges Guildmember" at the top and "City State of the Invincible Overlord" at the bottom. It's pretty cool. Whoa! Way cool. 8) Some more I thought of: 10000XP O...

License plates for Gamers

Earlier today when I went down to my LGS to pick up DCC#12 I saw a license plate on a car in the parking lot that said "THACO". * So I got to wondering what other kind of license plates would be cool to have as gamers showing off: -DCC DM (or CK  ) -DUNGEON -IMAKETPK -NAT 20 -CRITHIT...
