Re: Supporting multiple systems within the DCC's
In general, I haven't bought a lot of DCC's - I'm more of an adventure path person for 3.5/4E - but I did get Castle Whiterock back in the DCC era for 3.5. (It was brilliant). Our main game is currently 4E. However, I have bought some recent old-school compatible modules and I can say that putting i...

Re: Critter Cache: Lovecraftian Bestiary Now Available!
Ah, well - thanks for the clarifications. With the Age of Cthulhu license by Chaosium, I thought Goodman had access to the whole library of mythos content that Chaosium itself publishes - including those works by the August Derleths, Ramsey Campbells, Blochs, Lynn Carters, etc who dabbled in writing...

Re: Critter Cache: Lovecraftian Bestiary Now Available!
Nice job - this was the first Critter Cache I've gotten, I'm glad to see the Goodman team-up with Chaosium allowing products like this one. There are definitely enough left-over Cthulhoid Mythos monsters for a second critter cache... Cthonians, various Great Old Ones and Outer Gods (Shub, Hastur, Yo...

Re: Castle Whiterock: What's the Story Quotient...?
Castle Whiterock works on a couple of levels - first, as a few of the posters mentioned, you've got a dungeon with close to 30 levels/ sub-levels with 1200 years of history; the story of that history gets revealed through exploration and research. Additional, there are stories within each level (the...

Punjar, the Tarnished Jewel?
Hi there, Goodman Folks - will the Free RPG day Gazetteer ever be released by you guys as a free download? I see that some of the 4E DCC's coming out post-gencon also look like they take place in Punjar, so I'm hoping you'll make the gazetteer available too. thanks for any insight!

Re: DCC's set in the JG Wilderlands Setting
(apologies for the thread necromancy) Any suggestions for where to place Castle Whiterock in the Wilderlands? We've been playing Castle Whiterock for a few months using the Wilderlands setting. In the mountains near the City-State of the Invincible Overlord (just southwest of Thunderhold) is a moun...
