I agree with the above posts, the boards here are rather slow compared to some others, but there is very little off-topic talk here and the posts are normally very helpful. A really nice place to visit. :D

I found the Transmuter's Last Touch is small enough you can finish it in an evening (4-5 hours) and also a good introductory module for new players. Excellent suggestion. The other "two dollar module" - The Dragonfiend Pact - also fits the bill nicely. Dragonsfiend Pact gets my vote, real...

Haven't gotten the boxed set yet. Dying for September. Between now and then I need to live vicariously through your games. What kind of campaign are your going to run Treebore? I'm in the same boat, so I keep checking threads ike this for all the little tidbits of info. So far Everything sound grea...

I picked up the boxed set at gencon. Very cool stuff. I'm planning on running an all mercenary campaign set in the Holdfast. PCs will begin working for the dawrves, manning the walls and fighting off attacks from the scourge. They'll be sent on missions deep into the mines to fend off attacks from ...

I never liked the rapid advancement in 3E, so if I was starting with NPC classes, I would treat them as normal classes, when they reached 2nd level then they would add a normal class.

I think this is just through their normal distributer, when their distributer gets it then they will send a copy to FLGS.

I just got Transmuster's Last Touch as well, another top notch product. The map is very good and so far its a good read and sounds like a blast to run. How you guys keep churning this stuff out while keeping that old style feel is beyond me, but kudos to you for doing it. Proud DCC Fanboy :) Just p...

As soon as I heard about DCC World (and the price) I started saving a little here and there. $70+ puts a big dent in my budget as well, I'm just glad I had some advance warning on this so I had time to prepare.

What about Villum-Zhura from DCC29? Nope. Some DCCs, like a handful of adventures in #29, were in the making when #35 was, so they didn't all make it into the boxed set. But you'll find by far that most deities, and even demons, found mention in #35. Maybe those from later products could be collect...

Well darnit! I was hoping Amazon.com would sell the boxed set at a discounted price like everything else they sell, but no, $69.99. I guess I'll have to wait and hope for a used copy to show up after the release. Maybe one of the discount used booksellers on Amazon.com will have some. Fingers cross...

I know nothing of the particular module, but I think a party of low level magic users could ok in most adventures (sleep is a super low level spell, great at getting rid of things like rats, kobolds etc.. IMHO undead would be the greatest threat to such a party, but if cautious they should be able t...

I was going to wait until Christmas, but I don't think so I want this as soon as it hits the shelves.
