Re: Road Crew reports to B. LaSalle
Does Brendan LaSalle still manage road crew reports? I see a link with his name but I can’t get it to function correctly (i.e. I think I need his email address?) Judge Riley I feel like I responded to this via email - am I wrong? Either way this sounds like you ran a great adventure, and I'm thankf...

Re: Home Crew
Ok So now I feel like a dummy as I didn't realize that running games online already counted as road crew games, which makes my above post an exercise in excessive prose. I have a great idea!.... that someone already thought of. Hey! Absolutely nothing wrong with coming up with this at all - paralle...

Road Crew Road stories!
Hey - its your intrepid Road Crew Chief/ summoned creature in service to the Dark Master Brendan LaSalle, AKA Judge Brendan, AKA Beast Mode AKA DJ LaBoss. Times are definitely weird for the Road Crew -more on that soon! - but in the meantime I think we should archive what we have, preserve knowledge...

Re: Dungeon League
Hey Again! Organized play is still something under discussion. The game certainly lends itself to the format, but we would have to have a certain level of interest in order to make it feasible. But I would love to be the high commissioner of the World Xcrawl League! If for no other reason than so Go...

Hip! Glad you found those.
As soon as I can find the space in something I am going to do an updated version of the history and geopolitical breakdown of Xworld. Watch This Site For Details!
be well,
Brendan

Re: Blaster question
Hey DJ, First let me apologize for this super slow reply - I had an adventure due and then had to scramble to get it together for Gamehole Con (Which was AWESOME, by the way!). No excuses! Okay, your Blaster gets new spells like a wizard. I regret now not saying it implicitly but that means he gains...

He is playing his cards close to his chest on this one, but reading between the lines I believe he wants to start us off in Luxor . . .

Re: Campaigning several AoC adventures together?
By amazing coincidence (or is it just that the stars are in alignment?), one of the guys from my gaming group announced that he is planning on running a CoC campaign when our current game ends . . . and he means to run the whole AoC line for us! To help me not metagame, I'm going to start off playin...

Re: Maximum XCrawl: What's the percentage?
Maximum Xcrawl belongs to you once you buy it. It is a dark, dystopian world for sure . . .but you can ignore all that and run the "game show" style dungeons just for mayhem and fun. Play it however is most fun for you and your crew. Lots of people (myself included) pull Xcrawl out on thos...

Re: Open Call for Xcrawl Playtesters
Ha! No, no 4th ED for me. Actually, Xcrawl is excluded from being able to use the 4E rules due to its content (modern setting + uses real world place names). The license won't let us. Which is sort of a shame except for the fact that I LOVE Pathfinder and am having so much fun converting to it that ...

Re: XCrawl Questions
Hello, Thanks for your interest! Sorry that it took me so long to get back to you, the holidays and travel ran me half ragged. KK to answer your questions: 1. The grandstanding/ mugging rules never quite worked. I have been working on the new edition for a while and we completely revamped the "...

Return to the Mysterious Tower
Being a record of my group’s latest dungeon delve. I am putting this record here on the Goodman site because this dungeon is a home brew “sequel,” to the popular and enduring DCC# 2, The Mysterious Tower. In the continuity of our campaign, this adventure actually takes place 500 years after our old ...
