So my hardcover copy arrived today. It looks like they just took the poster map and glued the right side of the map to the inside of the back cover. Not to upsetting as I found a cheap copy of the boxed set to get the map to go with the hardcover. As far as what i read so far. I love the setting(why...

Plus growing up I read a lot of ERB, Lin Carter, Howard and others, so I naturally tend to rpg settings that are more primitive in nature as compared to the standard RPG setting. Does the Chained Coffin HB include the Shudder Mountains map that was included in the Box set? If so is it separate or is it printed bound in the book?
