This is the only Duet adventure I know of for DCC, but you could certainly write your own, or just give the player a whole party to control.

Obadiah lets out a stream of curses as the club strikes him, and lashes out with his spear, aiming low in an attempt to strike the thing and then flip it over on its back like a crab.

It wouldn't need to be real-time... We could treat it just like this, with a publicly viewable channel that people post in when they can, with the benefit of a built-in dice roller. But I'm open to either way.

Really cool spell, and thanks for sharing that blog post. I have been running a campaign doing magic this way, with most of my players having never played an RPG, and it so far has been every bit as magical as he describes. DCC is perfect for an approach like this... The mercurial effects make spell...
