Gary Con Road Crew Cancellations...

Hey gang, Due to the cancellation of Gary Con XII, do we want to remove all of the Road Crew games from the Road Crew schedule for March 26-29 for Gary Con, Lake Geneva, Grand Geneva, etc? I know there are many games now being run virtually for the event, but didn't know if updating the schedule was...

Re: Republishing Older DCC Modules for DCC RPG?

I believe Tower of the Black Pearl, Well of the Worm, and Dragora's Dungeon all appeared as GG offerings for 3e and 4e, so they have released some conversions, yes.

MCC "Dead" stamp template?

I'd like to put together an MCC stamp for those 0-level (and higher) terminations that are all-too-common at the gaming table. Is there an MCC version of the DCC "Dead" stamp template floating around out there someone can share?

Re: Gen Con questions

Hopefully you have GenCon tix already since the con has been sold out for all days it run. Yes, seriously, Gen Con is sold out this year, so walk-ups will be turned away.

EDIT: Looks like they have a limited number of Friday badges available, but that's it.

Re: Gold foil first edition version of DCCRPG--what's it wor

For what it's worth, I found a full Noble Knight Inventory Price List from April 2014 on Scribd. This appears to be everything they do carry and anything they've carried in the past. So this is what they were charging for it a year ago: GMG5071 Dungeon Crawl Classics RPG (Gold Foil Limited Edition) ...

Re: Looking for Ashland, OH Players

I recently moved to Ashland OH, and I would like to get a DCC gaming going. Let me know if you are in the area and interested. I'm in Mansfield (just south of you) and most of the DCC games I play in are down in Columbus. There's a semi-regular monthly game at Ravenstone Games run by Jim Yoder if i...

Against the Atomic Overlord!

Wow, I thought Purple Planet and Frozen In Time were the height of DCC's "gonzo-future-post-apocalyptic-we-ain't-in-Kansas-anymore" vibe. But I just picked up this new adventure at Origins, and hoody-hoo-howdy, are your players in for a treat. It is unabashedly post-apocalyptic with ruins,...

"You died here." Sincerely, The GM/Author

Had a nifty idea for my copy of Fate's Fell Hand. I played in a playtest game of this at Gary Con run by author Mike hisself. I died horribly at [REDACTED] when I tried to [REDACTED] but ended up saving [REDACTED] in the process. Anyway, the next event I'm at where Mike attends, I'm planning on gett...

Re: Judges Guild KS?

Well, they're now wrapping up Purple Planet, and Grimtooth's Big Damn Book of Ways To Kill Delvers is the current GG KS they're wrestling with, so I would sorta assume after they get some of these other projects off their plate they may consider moving forward with the newer ones.

Personally, I'd love to see anything in the vein of Thundarr or the Herculoids. Someplace online someone had a whole bunch of the Herculoids creatures statted out for AD&D... ah, here it is: http://paratime.ca/herculoids/ And I've got D&D (well, Mutant Future by way of Labyrinth Lord) cover...

Con on the Cob in October?

I see that Goodman Games will have a booth in the Vendor's Hall! Who's manning the booth, and what games are scheduled to be run? Details needed, please!

EDITED TO ADD: Whoops, I see Doug's name just popped up in the booth next to it, so that answers that!

Adventure Title Generator - Great for DCC inspiration

One of my favorite points of inspiration for adventure writing is the "Adventure Title Generator" over at Rasmus Rasmussen dot com . The titles this generator spits out are incredibly evocative and perfect for DCC inspiration. For example, wouldn't you love to play in: The Plague Hangman T...
