No seafaring occupations
No big deal, but, is there a reason there aren't any sailors, fishermen, etc. in the starting occupations?

Oh, they are considered trained with last weapon they fought with. Now, I get it. The wording wasn't clicking for me because I was thinking their "career" was their former "occupation" because a PC isn't going to be 0 lvl for long. Wouldn't it be easier to just say they are train...

Just an editing fluke maybe... The rules say 0-lvl characters are trained with one weapon, but then it says the weapon training penalty is waived for 0-lvl characters. But, since they are all trained in a weapon from their occupation, there wouldn't be a penalty in the first place. Unless they grab ...

Having characters with Int less than 8 start out knowing only their racial languages would be very interesting, in my opinion. DCC seems to revel in the initial limitations of characters and great stories come from overcoming those limitations, so it only makes sense to have Common be a second langu...

I really enjoy the feel of DCCRPG, however I'm concerned that simply the amount of tables required for combat and spell results might be a bit over the top. I like the black & white interior artwork and would like to see it kept. It really sets the mood for the game as a whole.
