Anyone else have this? Sadly, I was finally able to buy it today and what I have read (about 1/3), it is just as cool as the ones from GMG.

I am thinking of converting the setting (my notes only, not online) to Alternity. The technical science broad skill could be broken up into (taken from a thread at A.net): Nanotechnology -- this covers the use of nanotech as a tool and building material. It would be required for designing and repair...

Brex question

Exactly what technology wasn't developed in the BR universe? The corebook isn't very clear on this other than the absence of nuclear plants/bombs and FTL.

Next Wanderer's Guild monster book is out

From 3 AM Games, Monsters of the Savage Snow has been released. I just thought that people who enjoyed the WG from GMG would like to know.

Well, I have this and, at first, was a bit unhappy looking at the monster by type chart. Fortunately there are tons of vermin, just under other monster types. Thumbs up! There is one thing I think is missing- references. Which monsters came from which DCCs? It might improve sales if people see where...

Could we have a break down by monster type, please? I am looking for plants, vermin and dragons and don't want to buy it if those are mostly absent.

Also the pdf is mentioned at rpgnow as 128 pages yet the webpage here says 96. Which is it?

Re: re:

Should I ever win the lottery, I've already decided I'll pay Wizards of the Coast whatever they want for the rights to publish Star Frontiers. I doubt it would be for much since they gave it away: http://starfrontiers.com/ A legal site, mind you. Personally, I would love Gamma World style adventures.

They aren't as discounted as Amazon, nor will you get cheap shipping, but NobleKnightGames and stiggybaby games have been good to me for over 6 years now. I have no idea of any located in Canada or the UK. I used KN to buy a friend, who happens to live in Serbia, some books and it got to him within...

If nothing else, some more complete guides would be nice (maybe to families instead of specific species?)

This is a little sad as that means there is one less line that I will be buying from you (which only leaves any future Morningstar, Brex and CG).

Well, thanks for the update.

I am not of fan of the DCCs (I don't like premade adventures in general), but many of the other products by GG are on my favorites shelf- the CG* series, WG series, Sky Captain's Handbook and Morningstar. Brex is located on another shelf, but that has to do more with the other settings I enjoy more ...

Other existing setting based DCCs?

I was wondering if we are going to see any based on Morningstar, Oathbound, Iron Kingdoms, Brex (I would buy it in a heart beat) or any others that I forgot to mention?

I believe the real winners of this war are the parasites. Why not have someone else do the hard work? Of course many have evolved a precarious position- if the host dies out, then they will do so as well.

Oathbound for fantasy, Gamma World for sci-fantasy and Transhuman Space for sci-fi.

Why I like OB so much is the ability to use just about anything in it, d20 or otherwise (which is why I bought Brex, the CC guides and the WG books).
