Dungeon Crawl Classics, Dying Earth, The Laughing Idol of Lar-Shann, level 1 adventure
Having (mostly) survived the Cave of Secrets and confronted the One Who Watches from Below, the party returns to Erze Damath for some well-earned downtime. Some trained their craft (a few level 2!), others rest (swapping characters), but all hear about a new job near almery that pits adventurers against the machinations of the demon Lar-Shann, his bellowing idol, and his power-mad monks. The party must infiltrate the demon’s temple and overcome the terrors beneath it to succeed in their quest.
Whether you’re new to the Dying Earth setting or Dungeon Crawl Classics overall, fresh blood is always welcome at our tables. I supply initial characters and have some dice to share if needed, so come on and join the ranks of the would-be heroes (or petty tyrants) discover the truth about The Laughing Idol of Lar-Shann!
