Newly launched on Kickstarter, The Elixir of Kosomodes is a 1st level, city-themed adventure for 6–8 characters for the Dungeon Crawl Classic Role-Playing Game inspired by the classic 1950s sci-fi thriller Invasion of the Body Snatchers.
Designed to drop into any fantasy city setting with little or no adaptation, it works equally well as one-shot adventure or as a segue between major episodes in a campaign.
Included with this module are instructions for running a physical representation of the adventure’s main puzzle that allows players to mix real-world components and craft their own elixirs at the gaming table. This puzzle has been so much fun to run in playtests at cons and at my home table!
