It’s never too early to get ready for Gen Con!
Gen Con 2024 event submission officially begins this Sunday, January 7th — but you can start submitting your events directly through us RIGHT NOW! Run 4+ events, and get a free badge and housing credit!
Every year, we coordinate and manage the Gen Con events we are involved in by hosting our own sign up process, and we welcome you to sign up to run games for DCC, MCC, XCC, third-party settings, and Fifth Edition Fantasy/5E, at this year’s Gen Con, the continent’s largest gaming convention and our biggest show of the year! Start planning your events and grab your spot today!
In 2023, events for Dungeon Crawl Classics RPG sold the 3rd-highest total of tickets out of all of the events at Gen Con. This year, let’s get to the top of the list! Each year we continue to grow — and that means our community keeps getting bigger and better, too!
For Judges and GMs new to the process:
Judges who run 4+ RPG sessions (each 4 hours or more) are entitled to a GM badge and $100 housing reimbursement from Goodman Games.
Want more? Judges who run 4+ RPG sessions with at least two of those being Tournament or Funnel Experience games will receive a GM badge and $200 housing reimbursement.
We are also collecting information for judges interested in joining the teams of Tournament or Funnel Experience judges, as well as compensated volunteers for Goodman Games booth work and stadium staff for Gen Con Indy 2024.
