As a single-day, powerhouse of a convention, the Pig Faced Ork Old School Role Playing Game Convention is a winner. Held in Clovis, California this past Saturday, 60+ attendees got to dive into some Runequest, some Arduin, some Bushido, and more — including two dedicated tables of everyone’s favorite: Dungeon Crawl Classics — and Goodman Games was there!
Portals under Stars were opened! Reflecting pools were spoiled! Starless Seas were sailed! Ziggurats were oiled! Croaking Fanes croaked! And attendees discovered their new favorite game and adventures at the concentrated Fun-Sized Goodman Games booth.
We’d like to thank Tom for organizing such a great one-day event, and thank Judges Larry and Ross for running multiple DCC games, as well as thank all the attendees who were so welcoming. We hope to see you all there again next spooky-season, if not sooner!
And if you do travel over for it, you can follow it up the next day with a short trip to Yosemite National Park!
