Support the Third Party Kickstarter for A Fairly Odd Tale

New from Jonathan Sullivan comes a third party DCC compatible adventure that brings the world of twisted fairy tales to the tabletop. A Fairly Odd Tale is an adventure for 4-6 characters (2nd level for DCC). The 16-page, 11 x 8.5 inch saddle-stitched module features a cover and interior art by C. Aaron Kreader (A Strange Night at the Pint ‘n’ PonyWelcome to Eastwood) and additional interior art by Christopher Tupa (The Dare Luck ClubSeekers of the Un-K’Nown).

When your party is sent to parley with a mysterious witch, you assume it will be a simple fetch quest. But now you’ve been sucked into a crazy book filled with monsters and characters from half-remembered stories. Will you survive the strange candy house, make it to the top of the beanstalk, solve the riddle of the door, and find your way back home?

Jonathan says:

I’ve been playtesting this adventure for over a year. The first draft and initial layout of the module are already complete. This campaign will raise funds for additional art, maps, and the print run. When I was a kid I loved reading the many books of fairy tales we had around the house. A Fairly Odd Tale was inspired by that love and the desire to write a fun, light-hearted adventure I could share with my kids.

The adventure is also inspired by media that sits adjacent to classic fairy tales such as Twice Upon a Time (1983), Legend (1985),  and Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters (2013).
