The Greatest Thieves in Lankhmar is available in print and PDF formats. There is a consolidated pledge level containing the Lankhmar printed items and Lankhmar-specific add-ons. This is available for $250, a $20 savings on the individual purchase price.
A similar PDF edition, featuring all the electronic Lankhmar items, is available for $130, a $12 savings. The PDF edition has the same content as the print edition, but of course no physical box.
