What are you doing this weekend? Well, if you are anywhere near the Pittsburgh area, we have a suggestion.
Goodman Games is going to PulpFest! This pulp-centric (hence the name of the show) convention will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Pittsburgh – Cranberry, and runs from Thursday, July 26 through Sunday, July 29. Though the dealer’s room is only open Friday-Sunday, which is where you will find us!
And we’ve got a great surprise for folks who attend: Goodman Games is proud to debut the second issue of Tales From the Magician’s Skull. Featuring new stories by John C. Hocking, James Stoddard, James Enge, Nathan Long, Setsu Uzume, Violette Malon, and Dave Gross, the second volume of this pulp sword-and-sorcery series also contains an illustrated adaptation of Abraham Merrit’s classic tale, The People of the Pit. All of this beneath a great new cover by Diesel LaForce, and accompanied by a slew of great Goodman artist’s work on the inside. (And let’s not forget the DCC gaming stats in the back of the book!)
Of course, we’ll also have all the great gaming goodies you know and love (including maybe a couple of surprises) at the booth, so if you want to pop over and grab something special, we’ll be there to help you out!
