It’s back.
The first printing sold out before we got it to the streets. The demand has remained at a constant high, with new orders for it coming in every day. And we can now tell you that it is back in the warehouse and ready to go.
We are talking about Into the Borderlands, the first volume of our Original Adventures Reincarnated line. This is the series that reprints original TSR adventure modules along with a Fifth Edition translation, and the first volume contains exact replicas of B1: In Search of the Unknown, and B2: The Keep on the Borderlands. In fact, it contains TWO versions of those modules, since TSR produced two versions and we wanted to make sure that fans got the one they remembered. And the 5E translations are expanded a bit, as well, fleshing out zones that were left mostly blank in the original modules. There are also essays by some important folks, including Luke Gygax and Mike Carr.
What does this mean for you? Let’s cover that.
If you are a customer who ordered it through our website:
- All pre-orders placed before May 27th have now been shipped.
- We are working on getting all orders since May 27th out the door, and will have them heading your way soon.
If you are a retailer or looking for it through retail:
- Orders to distributors are leaving the warehouse today.
- Retailers who were unable to order from their distributor should be able to get the book again on June 12th.
To say that Into the Borderlands has been a big hit might be the understatement of the year from us. We are overwhelmed and humbled by the response to this book, and want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts. And if you are wondering if that little “1” up in the left corner of the book means that we are going to be producing future volumes, the answer is YES. We are working on Volume Two as we speak.
And no, we aren’t going to tell you what’s going to be in it. Not yet, anyway. More to come on that soon.
