A Great Time at GameFace Con!
Surging strong into its second year, GameFace Con returned to Peabody Heights Brewery in Baltimore this past weekend, and Judge Craig Langrall was there to spread the Gospel of Goodman to Baltimoreans far and wide. GameFace Con is expertly and enthusiastically organized by Justin Sirois of Severed Games and was covered by local roleplaying news team WRPG.
There was a fantastic turn-out at the cozy venue, and we saw a mix of folks on all ends of the gaming spectrum, from people utterly new to TTRPGs to a Lankhmar fan so devoted to Appendix N fantasy that he, quite literally, keeps the blades of Fafhrd and the Gray Mouser close to his heart.
Regardless of their prior experience, everyone at GameFace was able to find games to love and people with whom to play them. Guest of Honor Levi Combs of Planet X Games was there to share his passion for games and writing, including some of his fantastic DCC adventures. Lucky players were even able to experience the wonders of DCC firsthand thanks to Judge Josh Yoder and his DCC City Rats games, right next to the Goodman Games booth!
