Painting minis was fun when I was a bachelor. That was, uh, a loooong time ago now.
Count me in on being interested in a set of O-FFICIAL DCC RPG dice. Would be cool if they had some interesting old school graphics on them, too... skulls on the 1s of d20s and d6s, maybe?

Wow! I don't know where or how you found these, my google must be bad! I am on these when you get more. I am not really fond of the funky shaped Zocci ones. Prefer the polygons.

They're coming... It takes some time. I should have 25 more sets up soon.

My two sets arrived recently. Wow those D14's (D7 doubled as well) are larger than I thought.mikepmarkey wrote:They're coming... It takes some time. I should have 25 more sets up soon.
Re: Zocchi Dice Buyer's Guide
GI-NORMIS! I got my two sets in the mail just in time for my game. The d7 was dropped on the table in front of the players with authority several times!

LOL... yeah, they're what I call "beefy". I don't know why they make those d14s larger like that, but they're the only ones I've ever found.
Now I just need to find some d30s the size of softballs.

yeah, the monster dice are good dice as loaners and for demos. Which is why I'm getting a set. I prefer my Gamescience dice, personally.

Got my set, thanks!
The d7 and d14 are impressive. Much larger than I thought they would be. Easy to read from across the table!

I thought of making a dice mat with boxes on it for all the new dice to cut down on the time it takes to figure out which is which/ At least until people get used to them.

I had given that same thought for the very young adventures here with me.Rostranor wrote:I thought of making a dice mat with boxes on it for all the new dice to cut down on the time it takes to figure out which is which/ At least until people get used to them.

Re: Zocchi Dice Buyer's Guide
I placed an order for the funky dice from Gamescience - Gamestation is the "new"name, iirc - yesterday. All of them except the d30 are emerald. I did not want to wait for the emerald to get back in stock so I got a yellow d30 to match the yellow set of normal polyhedrons I own. I'm looking forward to their arrival soon because using the Weird Dices app is cool but it just isn't the same.Primus wrote:+1reverenddak wrote:yeah, the monster dice are good dice as loaners and for demos. Okay, it's back up. A little more than last time because the packaging and mailing took more time than I anticipated the first time. I'll try to get these out to the post office ASAP in case anyone is wanting them for Gen Con.

Got my set yesterday -- thanks. Matched it with a set of 7 Gamescience dice (all the even ones) in seashell white that I got off of AMAZON and they look great ... and wow that D7 is really easy to find.

Here's to hoping there will be a Round Three...
Leaving for camping in two days, and would rather pay from my PayPal balance (gained from selling some unwanted gaming item) but which is now at zero. I assume this current listing will be done before I'm back (perhaps even before I leave at the rate it's going!).

Do they do black dice with white numerals too?

Re: Zocchi Dice Buyer's Guide
For some of the dice I can get a limited number of colors (like blue, red, yellow, green, or black), but for others (especially the "twice-dice") it's only white with black numbers (or rainbow in the case of the d7). I've been sticking to white to make matching sets, but I could offer some individual dice in other colors in the future if there's interest.Colin wrote:Do they do black dice with white numerals too?
