Mutant Crawl Classics pre-order...when will it ship?

I pre-ordered the book and have not received any communication from the online store save for an email to tell me it is available now. As far as I can tell that means that it is no longer a pre-order item but is available on their site now for straight-up purchase.
Is there any way to gauge when this will ship or arrive? My order status just says "processing" and I read online that GG does not send out tracking info. My local store is supposed to have another copy of the game by this next Tuesday. They had it in today but someone already reserved it. At this rate I would have been better off just buying it at my local store. I had missed out on the KS because I was unaware of it and jumped on the pre-order.
