Is the MCC Rulebook available in PDF yet, if not when?

It is not yet as of this writing (May 12, 2018). Now that all the Kickstarter I believe Goodman Games is currently in the process of preparing for distribution. While I have no insider info, I would suspect that there would be strong incentive to make sure that MCC is generally available to be sold to the public no later than GenCon.

I purchased a physical copy here in the Uk, its at retail here. I want the PDF for convenience asap.

May have been the result of a "retailer level" on the KS, not general retail distribution. They've done that in the past, and may have this time as well, but I'm too lazy to go look...

I hope they fix page 23 from the Kickstarter backer PDF before releasing it.
Edit: They just released a new version of the PDF to backers and page 23 is fixed. Yay!
