Speed!

So i'm not seeing where we find speed. Which affects a few mutations. In DCC it would be a function of class, in MCC is it the same or based on the Stat?

Page 166:

MOVEMENT
Pure strain humans, mutants, and manimals move 30’ per
action. Plantients move 20’ per action. Base movement
rates may be affected by mutations and some artifacts. If
characters are encumbered with a heavy load, they move
more slowly. The judge determines what kind of encumbrance
system to use.
