If I had to guess, I'm guessing MCC proper is all set to go, but they want to have adventures ready as stretch goals for the MCC KS, and that's taking a bit more time to playtest and perfect.

I'm okay with waiting. Especially until after the 4th Printing is shipped.

Any news on this? I watched the God man Games video, but the sound was so terrible I couldn't make out half what they were saying. Anyone know?

From the Mutant Crawl Classics FaceBook page:

"Mutant Crawl Classics RPG report: I greatly appreciate the enthusiasm expressed over the possibility of the Gary Con announcement being the MCC RPG kickstarter. As you now know (and I was duty bound not to reveal), the new Goodman kickstarter was for the Judges Guild Collectors Edition, which is going to be an amazing book — even larger in format than the recent IDW Artists Edition archive books. MCC is coming SOON. It's in production as we speak. The book is getting the same layout and art attention that the original DCC RPG rulebook got so that it will meet the Goodman Games standard of excellence — which makes me especially happy.

MCC RPG is also being run at cons by select Goodman Games judges (besides myself), and it plays beautifully. I can also now announce that the Goodman Games Free RPG Day print product this year will be a booklet that contains both a DCC Lankhmar and an MCC RPG adventure, "The Museum at the End of Time." So hang in there. The apocalypse is coming."

What is this Mutant Crawl Classics FaceBook page of which you speak? Is it on some alternate plane of existence? Because I could not locate it in this reality.

hmm I wonder how that turned out? Personally ever since I played Boot Hill and Gamma Worlds wayyyy back I've never liked "levels" outside of Fantasy RP but preferred skills instead. Though I do admit that WoTC's D20 Modern worked because it assumed players would always "multi-class" which essentially was the same as skill based.

I was one of the unfortunate souls who couldnt get to a store on that day. Does the module contain MCC quickstart rules or is the preview from the gencon 2015 guide the best we have so far?
DCC RPG: So nice, i buyed it thrice!

Eagerly awaiting the release of MCC!

The GenCon 2015 Guide is the best preview thus far in terms of rules. The FRPG Day adventure gives mostly flavor...but also a couple of rules for dealing with artifacts and AIs.

Anyone have any concrete info?
