A Question about "The Abbot of the Woods"

I plan to run "The Abbot of the Woods" tomorrow evening and have been reading over the adventure this week. I was looking at the map and the adventure, and going by the map, for the adventurers to reach all the rooms, they must double back at some point. If they do not, they will reach the end of the module having missed two rooms. Or is this how it should be?
