Goodman Games

I am looking for an online group that uses either Skype or google plus hang out thing whatever to play. I am currently playing Serenity and AD&D 2nd edition on roll20. IF there is a group that meets on roll20 and would not mind teaching a total noob that does not even have the book yet, then please let me know. I don't have the book yet because being disabled I just don't have the funds to get one yet. But I will get one, you can bet on that, it will just take me a little bit to save the loot to do so. But still I really want to play. So is there a group out there that would teach a noob to the system?

Check the Google+ group -- there are games that are announced there from time to time.

You can also checkout Spellburn, a DCC RPG podcast: http://www.spellburn.com. Several episodes features rules walk-throughs.

I learned of DCC from Roll or Die and one of their crew, then I heard an ad for Spellburn, down loaded it to my iPhone and started with episode 1 and listened to all of them. I would rate Spellburn as top 3 favorites of the podcasts I listen too. It is a great source of material to understand the rules. I can not say enough good things about that podcast.

I want to thank everyone for their advice. Once my disability starts coming in I will be buying the DCC rule book!! Thank you guys again. This is a great forum site!!
