Effects of massive spellburn? There's a table out there!

Greetings,
I know I've seen it but I can't remember where: there's a table out there that provides possible results for massive spellburn, something to the effect of "when you spellburn 15 make a Fortitude save or suffer a heart attack".
Anyone know what I'm talking about? Is it in Crawl! or the Gongfarmer's Almanac?
