I'm about to run my first DCC game/funnel. I have ran DCC funnels but used Powered by the apocalypse 2D6 rules. I'm thinking about carrying over a Funnel World rule that states:
"Know Your Stuff: When you Spout Lore or Discern Realities about something related to your occupa-tion, tell the GM why you deserve it and take +1 to that roll if the GM agrees."
It's been my experience that this rule forces people to roleplay their occupation to get the +1 bonus to a roll.
Do this seem like a good idea for the DCC funnel rule system?

Per the rules, if a skill falls outside your occupation, you roll on 1d10. If it falls within, 1d20. A bit more than a +1 bonus.
