Attack modifier/rolls for Halfling with two-weapons?

Leveled my first DCC character up to 1, a Halfling. I'm trying to figure out what the attack & damage roll should be now.

* His strength is 7 (-1), agility 11 (0)
* He has two shortswords (1d6)
* At level 1 he receives a +1 to attack

Questions:
1. What should the Attack modifier total be? Is it -1 (Halflings considered to have minimum 16 agility when fighting with two-weapons) +1 (level bonus) = 0?
2. What is the attack roll dice? (d16 according to table 4-3 on page 94)?
2. What should the attack damage roll be? I think it's 1d6-1 (str mod) ?

Assuming I'm correct above, that would be:

Attack rolls:
* 1d16+0 primary
* 1d16+0 offhand

Damage:
* 1d6-1 primary
* 1d6-1 offhand

Is that correct?

That's it! Only other things to keep in mind: he crits on a 16 on either attack, and only fumbles on a double 1.

...that, and a Halfling doesn't have to make two attacks -- they can also make singular attacks, like everyone else generally does... Sometime the situation makes it clear that that is a better option, especially at lower levels.
