Anyone familiar with D&D knows to apply their Constitution modifier every time they roll for hit points. But reading the actual words in DCC, it's a little unclear:
On page 18 under Stamina, it reads "Your Stamina modifier affects hit points (even at level 0)".
On page 27 under Choosing A Class and Hit points, it makes no mention of Stamina.
Nor is Stamina mentioned under Hit points in the class descriptions.
From the above, I don't think it would be unreasonable for one to assume that you add your Stamina mod to your hit points during character creation, and then never again. I would assume this is incorrect, however, and that it applies to all rolls for hit points, rather than just hit points.
When does Stamina affect Hit Points?

Re: When does Stamina affect Hit Points?
This is the telling phrase, indicating Stamina affects hit points at other levels including humble level 0. Pair that with the general assumption from D&D, and add liberally thereunto "the Judge is always right" and there you have it!islan wrote: On page 18 under Stamina, it reads "Your Stamina modifier affects hit points (even at level 0)".
