Divine Aid Disapproval Range

Something has been bugging me for a while: is the 10 cumulative disapproval added by Divine Aid to "Future Checks" permanent (until dealt with through sacrifice or something)?
Disapproval resets (usually) at the start of the next day. From page 28: "When a cleric regains spells on the following day, his disapproval range is reset to a natural 1. Probably. Clerics who test their gods may find they are not always forgiving.
So I guess my ruling would be that unless the call for divine aid was done trivially or for some "sinful" purpose then that disapproval should be restored as normal.
