That is cool. We need something like that here.

Did you guys see that sweet Cthulhu DM Screen on the French site?

Speaking of which, are we going to see a 4th Edition DM Screen sometime soon?

IMHO, Wizard's screen is pretty solid. We'd need to come up with a screen that was superior in form and function before we could feel good about selling it to folks.

That said, the designer of our 3.5 screen is something of a guru. If anyone can trump Wizards, it is Todd.

I just want something with different art, so when I run the DCC's with my group, it goes a long with the feel of the game, whereas the WotC one is used by the dm in my group who is running Scales of War.

Yes different is better. Goodman gamers are a slightly different breed. I want my DM screen to reflect that. In addition to different art make it with some weight. I will gladly pay a few extra bucks for a screen that doesn't fall over every time I exhale.

The solution is staring you in the face.... Just become a lich! Then you can GM longer sessions, too. Endless sessions, in fact...

As for different art to lend the right feel, you could hang printed art from whatever source on your current screen as a stop-gap measure... not perfect, but still perhaps better(?).

Yeah, I think that's it. I dont think we want something that is necessarily different than the WotC screen on the dm's side, we just want to good DCC art on the players side.

Maybe the Goodman Screen can have some charts with Known World facts on it, like the pantheon and what not.....

That Punjar map is awesome. Things like this are the true evolution of RPGs: web-enhanced, not web-based.
