Barber Surgeon

I'd like to play a Barber Surgeon.

Unfortunately none of the current DCC classes in the main book are a good fit. There aren't any non-magical academics. Are there any supplements with classes that could be converted to Barber Surgeon?

To me, that sounds more like an 0-level occupation than an adventuring class. Seems like a barber surgeon could be just about anything (thief? cleric?).

barber surgeon is a starting occupation that would make a good thief latter. backstab would really represent their knowledge of anatomy and since there are no skills you always make your own and one of them could represent some healing knack that would allow you to speed up natural healing and 'soften' some critical results.
