WTB: Fates Fell Hand - foil cover edition

Post by Thunderdave »

Hi everyone, newly registered but a longtime DCC fan :)

I'm looking for a copy of the foil-cover version of DCC 78 Fate's Fell Hand.

Can anyone help me out?

Where did you hear of this? I don't see an image on the Goodman website and don't recall hearing that there was a foil print of this module.

Me neither. 13th Skull had a foil edition only as far as I know.

It was included in the retailer POP display package that was sold this summer. My local store didn't get the POP and so I was unable to pester, err, ask them to sell me the foil FFH. I was hoping an extra is floating around these boards.

We had a handful of advance copies of the foil Fate's Fell Hand module for sale at Gen Con. The POP display has been sighted at a couple "test" retailers but won't be available for mass distribution until later this year. Originally it was slated for earlier release but then the core book sold out, so I am holding the POP display until the core book is back in stock. Once the POP display ships, each retailer who buys that display will have included in the bundle a copy of the foil cover of Fate's Fell Hand.

Thanks for the response Joe, how many mods & books come with the POP? Maybe I can yet convince The Gauntlet to order a kit.

Here is the web page for more info:

The final list of contents for the POP bundle will be confirmed right before it ships (just in case anything else sells out), but in short the POP display includes a representation of the entire line, at 20% off suggested retail, plus the POP display for free, PLUS a bunch of other freebies thrown in. Overall it's a great deal for a retailer.
