When can we expect the DCCRPG GM's screen? You just can't be an old school GM without your cardboard curtain.

And it should be two tri-fold screens. AND NOT LANDSCAPE!

I noticed in the PDF on page 9 in the pictures of the playtest. It appears there already is one. Interesting. (look at the pictures from GaryCon, DunDraCon and Dicehead games). It would be awesome if the artwork for the screen was something like the front of back endsheet from the core rules. A beautiful book deserves a beautiful Judge's Screen.

What else would you guys like to see? So far we've had requests for t-shirts, the judge's screen, and a spell grimoire.

We have a freakin' ton of adventures in production, but anything else that peaks your DCC interest?

"Viking in bell bottom" and "afro warrior" action figures, plus monster miniature parts - so you can build your custom monsters. :)

How about "half naked evil fighter" ?

It'll never happen, but that would be so rad.

Each time you swing at him make a DC 10 Luck check to see if you have to hit the AC 7 side or the AC 15 side.

Heh heh!

The screen in those pics is my homemade version. Request noted. :)

What would I like to see? A tome of weird monsters from all kinds of sources. Also in the far future a tome of additional/different versions of the DCC rules. Different options for fighters, mages etc. Also - a "half-orc" type class encompassing not-so-typical PC races - basically a beastman type class.

1. Quality inked set of Zocci dice
2. GM screen
3. System summary crib sheet(s) for new players
4. DCC RPG conversion of Whiterock Castle & campaign world
5. Podcasts of actual play

1. and 5. will help greatly in encouraging the "fence sitters" to join us.

1)A Call of Cthulhu(ish) based scenario that can be used with DCC.

2)Gazetteer of the Known World

My priorities would be (in order of reasonable production time):

I. Nice artsy character sheets
II. DCC dice sets (one with just Zocchi dice, one with everything)
III. DCC Merch (DCC Metal cover for t-shirts and sturdy tote bags)
IV. Judge's Screen
V. Gazetteer of the Known World (easily digestible please, more advice than hard facts)
VI. Spell Grimoire
VII. Official DCC miniatures (old-skewl 20mm please!)
VIII. Judge's Guide (options, more random tables, suggestions)
IX. Megadungeon, loaded to the gills with Appendix N goodness

Of course, my order of priority for what I want first is probably the reverse!

These three, plus t-shirts.

The conversion of Whiterock would be cool also, but it's not new material. I'd like to mostly see new material over converted material.

- Definitely a Judge's screen. However, I do prefer landscape.

- Some kind of Deities and Demigods book full of patrons, gods, and demons.

- More grimoires of arcane lore.

Big +1 on the Judge's Screen. That is probably my most wanted release starting out. Beyond that, much of which has already been mentioned, I'd like to see:

-DCC-branded dice set or maybe just a set of the Zocchi dice (I know where to get dice, but I'd like to support Goodman Games through some 'official' dice plus even the 12-die sets at Gamescience don't include the d7 and d30 which irks my OCD to have a dice set that's mostly similar in style)
-Deities and Demigods type supplement
-Gazetteer of the known world
-T-Shirts
-Just a personal wish, but I would love to see a Megadungeon to the quality of Barrowmaze or Stonehell Dungeon done up specifically for DCC.

EDIT: In one of the other threads regarding the spells, I saw someone suggest a deck of index-sized cards with one spell per card and its table. I really like this idea. It'd justify buying content I already had again for something that looks nice and it would eliminate the need to print spells out and use up paper.

The Judge's Screen, a new edition of Gazetteer of the Known Realms, and paper miniatures done by the DCC RPG artists (especially of the level 0 professions).

Oh, and a big Punjar book.

On reflection, I'd add a Deities and Demigods/Patrons type supplement

How would a GM Screen work? There seems to be too many tables for a normal screen.

6 main critical tables.
Turn unholy.
Spell Duel, Counterspell and Disturbance.
Spellburn, Corruption.
Generic Misfire...maybe.
Deity Disapproval, aid and requests.
Monster critical tables
Various attack and other tables...

I guess finally we might have a screen without equipment charts! (boy that is so pointless)
There is an awful lot of information that would be good to have on a GM screen. Has any body got any bright ideas to throw out there as to what would be essential? Most screens are usually three or four panels...

I would really like to buy a DCC Rpg screen with either new art or the front and back inside cover art pieces by Doug. They are just terrific.

Perhaps the screen for this game should just have art on boths sides with no tables at all?

:D

One needs only to examine the original AD&D DM Screens put out by TSR back in the early 80s to see how many tables can be at a game master's finger tips. Those screens was awesome!

[And the were portrait, as all good screens should be! ]

Judge's screen I'd vote for portrait but 4-panel and super high quality/thick

Hmm, would love to see a Spell Grimoire book, a monster book (Cthulhu mythos please)
and a Judge's Book with more gods/demons/patrons and magic items and lots of
random weirdness tables.

I really like the DCC reference sheets Aplus has in the resources section. A nice official version of those with a screen would be awesome. You would only need about six charts on the actual screen.

edit - actually, you would only need three charts on the screen (armor, attack roll mods, and weapons).
