Mr. Goodman, My free Punjar PDF?

I sent you that card, filled out, from my Punjar DCC either right before Christmas, or just after, and have heard nothing about the free PDF. Mine was from Elfrida, AZ. Was it lost? Should I send in another from a different DCC? I think 54 or 55 has a card in it.

I sent the e-mail and have yet to get a response. I added the e-mail to my contacts list, so its not being intercepted by my SPAM filters.

Keith replied to you a couple days ago, and we also sent the link to the free PDF for a second time (your address was also included in a prior batch of reply card responses earlier this year). Is there an alternate email address that might work better?

Compared to normal email dialogue, a decent amount of the free-PDF emails do get blocked by spam filters. I'd estimate 5%-10%, based on the number of inquiries we get where the PDF was already mailed but the recipient never got it. But plenty do go through, since we often get "thanks" messages as well. The best bet is to provide an alternate email address (or even open a yahoo or gmail account specifically for this purpose) so there's a better chance of the PDF going through.

Nor have I. I'm quite diligent with Hotmail's spam filter, so I'm quite sure it didn't fall through the cracks.

Man! Something weird is going on because I got your notice about the sale in my inbox, but NOTHING about my free PDF from an e-amil that is in my contacts list! The e-amil about the ssale isn't in my contacts list, and there is nothing in my SPAM box either. Freakin weird!

Maybe. I have no idea what else it could be. Can I just get a free code from RPGNow? Sent via info at goodman games? I think I also have your personal e-mail, Joe, not that it seems to make a difference with regards to my SPAM filters.
