Scope Use - Creating Programs/Drones

Am I blind? I cannot seem to find scope use DC's for creating programs or drones. Does each security level have a DC that I've missed? For what it's worth, I'm looking directly in the 'skills' section and not in the Scope chapter.

This definately seems to be our most common errata :(

The DC is missing form the Craft Program skil check description, but it is there in the Degrade Program description (10 +double complexity level).
