War of the Witch Queen has a deck of cards as a player handout. May I have your permission to create a full sized deck?

I'm not sure exactly what you mean, but as long as it's for fun and not for commercial use, I'm generally okay with it.

Can I make photoshop big cards for personal game use, or do they have to stay small?

Would someone have good, thorough artwork for the deck?
I have access to a good printer today (and possibly next week) and would appreciate making a show of the cards.
Good quality eye candy is always a hit with the troops.
