Darkfuries has a couple of sewer maps that I used from the Temples and Shrines set. (Even if you don't like the sewer map, the temple maps are great.)
And although I haven't seen it, Paizo has a new Sewers map collection as part of the Gamemastery line. I have a couple of the other Gamemastery map collections -- they're OK, if not necessarily something to jump up and down about.
