Re: DCC RPG Slipcase edition
Thanks everyone for the feedback. It is great to see how muh excitement there is for new DCC RPG products. We do have several great new adventures very close to completion, which will be previewed at Gen Con. As for ideas on the Annual, Aereth campaign setting, module compilation, and other products...

Re: DCC RPG Slipcase edition
Someone mentioned elsewhere the idea of selling the slipcases independently at cons. That's definitely possible. But in any sort of distribution scenario they have to ship with something packed inside them (i.e., a book) to prevent damage. Producing the core book with new material is harder than it ...

DCC RPG Slipcase edition
Is there any interest in a DCC RPG slipcase edition? With the third printing going to the printer soon, that's an option. I've got a mockup from the printer and it's solid. See picture - the white box would be the dimensions of the slipcase. I'm thinking of a brown vinyl / leatherette texture with g...

That's a good idea. Yes, as the third printing gets closer to completion I will do this.Rostranor wrote:Is there going to be another approved ERRATA update collected in one spot? the current one is SEPT 2012. Agreed, the reward certificates is a great idea. Maybe we'll do some official ones! Please post examples of what you've done!

Re: Road Crew Images
GnomeBoy has excellent advice. Wow, scissors and paste...it has been a long time since I did that! Feel free to copy any images from DCC RPG as needed to create a Road Crew flyer. And that brings up a good point on Goodman Games providing easy flyers.Down the road we can create some options for Road...

Re: DCC cloth patch or high res logo art
Do you have a good vendor for patch production? It is something on my to-do list for Road Crew prizes but I haven't found a good vendor yet.
Nothing says 1970's like a good patch for your army jacket!

Re: Free RPG Day 2013
Silly question: For the Free RPG adventure, was it the one from the Mystery Map contest? Unless the author got really creative, I didn't recognize the beginning part of the map. (I'm totally out of touch if this was mentioned/explained already, I apologize). Good question. No, this was not the Myst...

Free RPG Day 2013
Hi everyone, Hope you got a good haul at Free RPG Day! I had a great time at Game Kastle in Santa Clara, CA. It's a great store and they did a really good job with Free RPG Day. There were lots of freebies, of course, as well as a raffle and plenty of in-stor events. Plus an awesome presentation of ...

Re: tower out of time
EDIT: The only option I have found is a local gaming club - but I don't really feel this qualifies as a 'public' game.... at least not in the spirit of what the road crew games are supposed to be about. A local gaming club is fine. The idea is just to get out and play in a place where new people ch...

Re: Limited edition/availabilty
Joseph's reply still doesn't address the problem overseas buyers have of obtaining the pre-order bonus (Well of the Worm). It's unclear if the request form for retailers to honour this promotion extends to the international market, and if it does, it's unlikely all retailers would be willing, makin...

Re: Limited edition/availabilty
These comments contradict each other if you think about it. How is everybody reading the adventure ,if they aren't already a GG/DCC customer? Generally the way new players get attracted is by seeing existing players having fun. Running a game with 3-4 experienced players in an open environment almo...

Yes, pre-orders at brick-and-mortar will also work.

Re: Limited-Edition "Jeff Easley" Cover...when does preorder
This coming week (roughly June 11) it officially goes from pre-order to regular sale. However, I have learned through experience to overprint the freebie a bit in case of last-minute orders, so if you order any time in the next 1-2 weeks there will probably still be copies available with the Stefan ...

Glad you like the module and the character sheets. Blank versions of the character sheets will be available on our web site in a couple weeks. They were created by Jason Edwards, who many of you may remember from his great art in the 3.5 DCC modules.

Re: Tales from the Road: My Road Crew experience thus far
My one minor gripe is that there isn't a better way to report sessions. I've been emailing back and forth with Keith and received several of the first swag pack and given away a ton of pencils, bookmarks, and buttons, but I REALLY want that t-shirt and belt buckle!!! Not to mention the super-secret...

Re: Limited edition/availabilty
Hi everyone, First, thanks for the concern. Having fans who are enthusiastic enough to be frustrated at limited-edition products is a problem many companies would love to have! We've been producing "play-focused" modules for many years. At each Gen Con, we'd run a multi-round tournament ad...

Re: DCC World Tour... in Europe?
For those who didn't already see it - we now offer an international World Tour option. We charge actual cost for postage; the swag is free. The cheapest method we've found (so far) is to pack 3 games' worth of swag into one shipment. For more info see the link below. Hopefully this helps the non-USA...

Hi everyone, Time for some thread necromancy. The second printing of DCC RPG is close to selling out. Woo hoo! That means it is time for preparing the third printing. And for that, I need your help! It's time to update the errata. There are a couple things the third printing can improve upon in rela...
