Re: Creeping Beauties of the Woods

Rafo looks up at the large Baron. "It is getting late and I and my two friends are staving. Might we stay here for the night to have our bellies filled and limbs rested before leaving first thing tomorrow?" Tarpy, nobs his head in agreement. "Also, we need some better armor. I am wear...

Re: Creeping Beauties of the Woods

"Well than we must make sure the Baron never dies for your daughter would be lost without you." Rafo smiles and continues. "So, it would be best to start our 'scouting' along the road that leads to Grimmswood. We will search the forest for signs of undead When all that is done our sc...

Re: Creeping Beauties of the Woods

After listing to Lord Jochim Charming, Rafo looks at Princess Annagret. "Are you feeling alight princess? You look, might I add, a little too pale and lost in thought." Balin, nods in agreement with Rafo's words. "Baron, is there more at stake here than what you are telling us? Does y...

Will any of the kickstarter stuff be available at the Con on the Cob, Hudson, Ohio this Oct? If so, what do we need to show proving we were a KS supporter?

Re: The People of the Pit

Pratel stands up along side Balin. "Well guys," nodding at Balin, "we ate a hardy breakfast and gathered our supplies. Though short on good fitting armor and the sturdiest of weapons we still are better prepared for what lays ahead." Still looking out of the tavern window, Balin ...

Re: The People of the Pit

Balin, turning to Bron, "yes there was talk, among the villagers, of others wanting some adventure but not a word was spoken about it for some time now." Pratel, looks at Arvandra and smiles. "You speak that more information is needed but where might I add shall we gather this from? B...

OOC... Nice to have you back in game! I have no problem with a NPC camp follower, but up to DM for the final say. My guys would of told yours about the 'people' they saw trapped below ground within vertical tombs that were ceiled with heavy lids. They seemed not human and possibly dangerous and wer...

Re: Creeping Beauties of the Woods

Waking up soaked in sweat, Balin pulls his covers off and looks around for Tarpy and Rafo. Seeing them still sleeping, in the cots, that are along the sides of their rented cramped room, he gets up, goes over to them and gently wakes them both. "Get up guys! I need to tell you about this crazy ...

Can we bring our own characters to the game or are they all pregens?

Also, unless I missed it, 1239 The Tower out of Time - 12 pm to 4 pm ROY SNYDER is not listed on the Con on the Cobs RPGs.

Balin and Pratel, prepare themselves for the next days adventure. Resting, in their beds, within Jonas' travern, they toss and turn hoping sleep takes hold of them soon. For when tomorrow comes they will need to ready for whatever the day brings. Balin, looks across the room at Pratel. "I hope ...

Re: Diappointment with DCC Annoucements

Agreed also. GG can start out with the remaking of Areath on the small scale. Have the newer adventures highlight certain areas of the Areath world with a full atlas coming at a later date. The beginning adventure maps can be detailed but 'open'. Having enough details to link them to certain areas ...

Re: dragora's dungeon

My only issue with this module is that it doesn't "look" like a DCC module. All of the others have one art style with familar characters (Hugh, et al) and this one doesn't have that. When I saw it advertised I didn't know for certain that it was actually a DCC module, other than the high ...

Well during the weeks of rest, since last adventure, Balin will go out about 500' yards radius from town center in the look for fallen loot. If they are not able to gather any funds from what I asked in my previous post, than they will ask the villagers for armor and weapons to help them put a cure ...

Re: Diappointment with DCC Annoucements

Safe to say that the future of DCC is bright and campaign settings are the 'in' thing. Sure DCC can publish stand alone adventures but most gamers really love a box set with a campaign setting included and a series of adventures for it....Chained Coffin and Purple Planet come to mind :) Now if only ...
