I've completed my Backerit survey and chosen my add on items. Will I be waiting for it all to ship at once or will the add on items ship sooner (presumably since some are limited supply)? I didn't see a shipping schedule when I was clicking on stuff.

Noble knight has them. Just ordered mine. Het hour free RPG day book there in same order for .01.

There've been 2 treatments of Sanctuary and the Thieve's world setting. Green Ronin did the latest of them (couple of hardbacks and a module IIRC) that provide a pretty in depth look at the city and it's inhabitants. As far as I can tell you do get the 20 additional points. In most cases this is the only way to get some of these top results.
