Re: An attempt at Demogorgon as a patron
I dont mind the necromancy and im indifferent on the names as I think they give different feels as a description devils and demons feels like hell from Dantes inferno. The WoTC names make me think of a clan or a special group. Less evil and more corporate or manipulative.

Alternate Names for Negative Birth Augurs
So I ran into a situation with my DCC PbP campaign over on the unseenservant.us forums in which a player of mine Vargr1105 thought that the birth augur's needed a negative name to go along with the positive name to indicate when a player might have a negative value in their initial luck score. After...

Re: New Podcast.
Any chance you can share what audio clips your using through your different sections of the podcast. Some of them I recognize and others I don't and i'd be interested to see what you have gathered for sound as some of them i'd also be interested in using in my PbP game in the future.

Re: Patrons List
Klazath - The Crimson Banner, Lawful God of War and Subjugation Supports tyranny, glory through war, and the elimination or subjugation of the weak (lest they consume resources the strong deserve). Peace is considered a force of stagnation and weakness to be despised. He is depicted as a warrior cl...

Re: Sailors on the Starless Sea Help
I agree changing up the module is certainly a possibility. Now at the time of me posting this question I had already introduced the leviathan. Now i've been a little bit nicer because I felt that by default the module didn't really hint at how to appease the beast so i've been keeping it open and le...

Re: Sailors on the Starless Sea Help
Hey. I went by the "You level when you get the XP" in the rulebook, and it worked well. The mundane classes just got the benefits of "Hey, I can actually do this" that is the difference between a Thief, a Warrior, and a wannabe. One of my players actually said it was like, after...

Nope sorry I didn't have the book close to me when I first posted. I was referring to Klazath, god of war.

Sailors on the Starless Sea Help
Okay so if your one of my players scram, read any further and you may blow the story for yourself. Alright I really want some opinions of some other DM's. I have been running Sailors over on the Unseen servant forums for a while now and I had been trying to stick with everyone staying 0 until the en...

Re: Spells and multiple castings
Loopholes to improve power with multiple effects I imagine bringing.the gaze of other powerful entities. Casters left alone without creativity can get out of hand. Then again the law of averages can catch up to a wizard who casts recklessly. Some games they will rule but others they will wear the di...

Re: Patrons List
Thanks Ravens that list is growing fast.
Curious has anyone written out the deities on the cleric page but didnt necessarily get a writeup of their own? I have a player who wants to worship the lawful god of war which ill prolly write up if its not already been done by someone else.

Re: Patrons List
I redid Demogorgon on a thread out here but on my phone its hard to find but its out there.
Also can we post where these patrons are found if not linkable so we know what ties in with what products?

Re: Using the adventure modules, low player count.
I agree that the best options are to scale down encounters a little or add additional characters for each player. I have a group with ranges from small (2-3 some times) to large (as many as 8 other times) depending upon who can make a game session, so I appreciate that modules are flexible enough w...

Re: Corruption Alternative
I only have one question and that is in your and other DM's opinion how would you introduce this if you wanted to fold your corruption results in with the ones from the book? I'd love to grow my corruption tables to be massive so that no two spell casters experience the same corruptions. Feels much ...

PbP DCC campaign always recruiting
Hello all, I run a PbP DCC campaign over on Unseenservant.us and I wanted to see if anyone was interested in joining. I keep an open recruitment policy so there is room for all interested.
