That is a seriously epic TPK. I hope it doesn't discourage your player, but wow, what a badass way to go down.

Ha! That's awesome. I must have missed the first survey ... very cool.
There's some useful feedback in there. Thank the rest of the players for me.
And yes, the door doesn't open.

I had a blast! Your game was voted best of con by the clan I had with me. And it was an honor to run for you. Also I promise, no hints. :) Thank you, Darjr! Thank you again for taking the time to play in the DCC game. Hope to see you and yours at GaryCon. It is a phenomenal convention, with tons of...

NukeCon report
http://www.nuke-con.com/images/103.png The weekend of Oct 5 I had the privilege of attending NukeCon (http://www.nuke-con.com/), run out of Omaha. It was our first time at the show and NukeCon did an awesome job of making Goodman Games feel welcome. Like a lot of smaller cons, NukeCon exists thanks...

Yeah, I'm liking the idea that it is the "will" portion of your hit points, so mental focus / a Will save makes a lot of sense. You suck it up, decide that you need to carry on no matter the pain, and power through ... or something like that.

I tried no clerics out this past week. I made a Wizards use Black Magic and created White Wizards who used clerical magic. It was a lot of fun but the White Wizard didn't have as much fun as I thought he should have. Still thinking on it I'm working on "no clerics" for this weekend, for a...

Awesome play report, Bilge! You had me laughing all the way through. I'll really glad the players enjoyed the game. And these portions are priceless: "The door bursts inward, revealing ..." (I describe the interior of the tower, and initiative is rolled and goes to the party.) "Uh, ca...

I kinda feel like I'm looking at a modern day Tegel Manor or something like that, you know? Something really fan-produced, that was more of a labor of love than a professional profit motive. Of course I like the professional modules too, but I dunno, there's just something really cool about the siz...

We definitely have more adventures on the way! Speaking only to my personal projects, we are waiting on the cover art for one, and I have two more after that in the immediate hopper. Which doesn't even touch on the adventures being written by other folks, or the upcoming Annual.

@Beer,
Thank you for watching out for us (I mean that sincerely ... we need more folks out there willing to step up for publishers).
Alpus ran it by Joseph first. It's all on the up and up.

Drohem! Thank you so much for playing! I had a blast with you guys (but man, that initial streak of bad dice was killer). Not a perfect solution, but Doug sometimes posts images of his work on his blog, and in the "for sale" section of his website.

The ultimate news, though, is that it was a definite success and all three players were so into getting together again that a date was actually set before they had exited the dungeon! Awesome, Pao. So glad to hear the session went well. Welcome aboard! For what it is worth, it couldn't hurt for the...
