That would be a great robot encounter. That's one of the encounters I'm thinking of with a twist.

Sci-fi inspirations for a MA game
I'm already thinking about how to use a Logan's Run type of society in one of the city areas of the ship. And after recently seeing Wall-E, I have some ideas for a refuse level too.

Re: Metamorphosis Alpha 1E to return in Goodman relaunch
I just bought the PDF from DriveThruNow for $6 just so I can become familiar with the rules. I love what the full hardcover version of the book will include, so once I get the change together, I'm getting my tome-sized edition of Metamorphosis Alpha.

Re: Campaigning several AoC adventures together?
By amazing coincidence (or is it just that the stars are in alignment?), one of the guys from my gaming group announced that he is planning on running a CoC campaign when our current game ends . . . and he means to run the whole AoC line for us! To help me not metagame, I'm going to start off playi...

Campaigning several AoC adventures together?
I was curious, are any Keepers currently running, or planning to run, a set of investigators through several Age of Cthulhu adventures as a campaign? If so, are there any changes you needed to make to any or all of the adventures?

The manuscript for AoC 8: Starfall Over the Plateau of Leng is done being edited, and has been put to bed.
Maps are done! Art is being produced! I've seen the layout of the book, and it is grand!

Re: AoC 8 - Starfall Over the Plateau of Leng - April 2014
Wonderful! Glad to hear this, as I don't expect to switch to 7th. I've had a chance to read and play some advance versions of the new 7th edition, and there are some really good things in it. Some is kind of jarring, and will take time to get used to it, but other stuff is pretty cool. In the end, ...

Re: Spellburn podcast needs an actual play RSS feed
This is likely the closest we're going to get. I am piloting an actual play series of my online game over at The Iron Tavern. The first episode has been posted. We will likely consider this a 3 series pilot and based on feedback determine whether it is worth continuing or not. http://irontavern.com...

Re: Spellburn podcast needs an actual play RSS feed
I would argue that some of the absolute best actual plays have zero edits. Just start the recorder, and then end the recorder. For me, when I listen to an actual play that is that raw, I get a real feel for being right there at the table. If I want to listen to something that has been cleaned-up and...

Re: Spellburn podcast needs an actual play RSS feed
And I'll clarify that my intention for the "fan submission" option is meant to be DCC game only submissions. I'm sure other games have a podcast with an actual play format that they can submit those games to.

Spellburn podcast needs an actual play RSS feed
Hey guys, I was just listening to the recent Spellburn, and the topic of an actual play from the guys came up. Show of hands, who wants to see Spellburn host an Actual Play RSS feed? The feed could be used by the guys for DCC games that they play/run/record, but it could also be used by fans who pla...

Damn. Talk about "game like it's 1976!" I love this idea.
I just won a 1st ed box set of Gamma World on ebay. I'm going to try and re-collect all of the great old TSR box sets.
