Yeah, I been through those as well as a player and run them often. Always a good time. I'm looking forward to checking this module out as well.

Yeah, that's how I incorporate modules into my campaign. I either work the characters into the plot of the module or sometimes I find a module that works for where the PCs were already headed and use the module instead.

Yeah, it would be cool to have all that, I'd like to run some of the DCCs that have been at GenCon torunament style that I have played in and see how some of my friends score that didn't get to go.

It is definitely sad news, granted with his life style it seemed bound to happen.

Me and a friend were working on a D20 version of speghetti western at one point where we tried to model the characters after D&D 3.5, having lots of speghetti western feats like quick draw, trick shot, blind shot etc and using a lot of D&D skills with new ones like gambling, handgun, rifles,...

I found the Transmuter's Last Touch is small enough you can finish it in an evening (4-5 hours) and also a good introductory module for new players.

I just love watching the PCs squirm when something I've written go into motion! That's the payoff for all the hard work! I've been writting a module of my own as well and will enjoy seeing it in action!
