GnomeBoy, thanks for your thoughts. I like having others eye-ball ideas, for often they get better with input.

Would you point me to a link for the multi-class rules?

JediOre's Houserules for Elves & Halflings

These rules have not been tested in any real detail, but came about from reading these forums, the rule book, and trying to match these classes/races to better fit our thoughts. Your comments are welcome! :) Elves --Cannot be corrupted on a spell check roll of one. --Uses the d16 as the base spell c...

And here is the flip side to my previous question: You've been invited to a week long game session. You have been asked by the Game Master, your host, to provide the following: a 3rd level DCC-RPG character, a 7th level AD&D character (From either the Player's Handbook or Unearthed Arcana), and ...

Here's my question:

If you were wealthy and owned a resort and could invite your closest friends to a week of solid fantasy role-playing, what three adventure modules would you select to take them through? Why?

Re: When does CC get charged for Kickstarter

My experiences with Kickstarters are you get billed the moment the Kickstarter ends. This charge does not include shipping (unless the project states otherwise) which will be a separate billing when the final project is ready to be shipped. I've always been notified before the shipping is charged, l...

donpimpom, I've not seen the DCC-RPG write up of Harley's great adventure, but I can share with you how my gang explored it using the Castles & Crusades rule set. I ran it with the 3.5 version. Here's a link to my write up: http://www.goodman-games.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=1333 It was a lot of...

I've added a longsword, the milky bladed sword from Sailors on the Starless Sea, that grants its welder a reduction in the fumble die by one. The blade is so well crafted that fumbles are reduced.

Re: Catch Me Up With Gamescience Dice, Please

Gamescience dice is sold through Gamestation.net.

That said, it seems Gamestation.net has trouble getting supplies of Gamescience dice. I know, for I've tried to get a second set of the odd dice, i.e. d5, d7, etc.

Beyond this, I have no other information.

Can the shipping on this Kickstarter be combined with the Metamorphis Alpha Kickstarter? I'm willing to wait and have everything ship at once to reduce my shipping costs.

Clearly, JediWife is a "keeper"! 8) Friend, you have no idea. How or why any woman would put up with a clod like me for seventeen years, as of May 24th, is beyond my ability to grasp. Back on target: We've kicked in enough money to purchase three modules beyond the $30 pledge. Now I've go...

They are good. I found them a bit rough to read for I like my heroes to be the "Lone Ranger" type (not the new Disney version, but the classic radio drama, comic books, and television show version). You know, the squeaky clean, "gee mister I want to grow up to be like you" type g...

That was a neat overview of the game. I'll going to share this with my work gamers, once they finish this adventure. We had to stop last week in the middle of the epic fight with the Chaos Lord. On a serious note, as opposed to my previous silly post, two books come to mind when I think about post-Apocalyptic:

Andre Norton's Daybreak 2250 A.D. (also known as Star Man's Son) and The Hunters by Jack Lovejoy.

I highly recommend both.

For me and my gang, its a game first and foremost. Once one of the 0-level characters reaches ten experience points we level him right then and there. The excitement of it is part of the fun. All the rest of the 0-levels now have someone to hide behind until another "comes of age." One of ...
