Portly Trim realises he has been bitten by a poisonous snake & tries to suck the venom out of his throbbing hand. Re-lighting the torch will have to wait. Fritz notices the others engaging the undead horror in melee & grabs his weapon to join them in the fight. Initiative roll 5. Attack roll...

Portly Trim rolls an 8.

Portly Trim picks up any loose rocks he can find in the rubble & starts chucking them at the corpse.

Is this the normal pace for a PbP game, are the players responding quickly enough or is it slow because of the holidays? I didn't expect fast paced action but I thought we'd do more than this over a period of 2 weeks.

I wouldn't be interested. I've got more than enough spells in my DnD, ADnD & WFRP books.

My characters search the belongings of the fallen to see if they have anything useful. Torches, wateskins etc.

I've seen updates about Delving Deeper shipping but no news about the ship date for the Kickstarter. BHP didn't make the revised November ship date & now December's looking unlikely. Maybe January 2013?
