Thanks! I ran the Free RPG Day adventure with the pregens and having that 16 Luck halfling really saved the party a few times, and I wasn't even doubling the bonus.

Another thing I've wondered, and I apologize if it's been covered elsewhere: Does the double luck bonus apply to Luck points burned by the halfling on other characters' behalf?

Eyes of the Overworld was a great pick! It's maybe my favorite Appendix N title and certainly my favorite Vance novel. There's so much inspiration for a DCC game, from the amulet that makes anything edible but does nothing to help the taste (I wonder how much less trouble Cugel would have gotten him...

Has anyone checked out the new Elric comic? It's French but there's an English translation in the works. The artist really seems to get the source material and it looks beautiful from what I can tell in the few online previews. The minions of Chaos are rendered particularly disturbingly.

I run a DCC game at The Dragon's Hoard in Staunton VA on alternate Monday nights including tonight. The PC's are level 2 although if I get a ton of new players I will probably start over with a new funnel. Reply to this post with any questions.
