I am going to be running another DCC game this weekend, within my Blackmarsh campaign setting, and need a ready made adventure. My players will be heading below Castle Blackmarsh to clear out the dungeon left behind by a mad wizard. Is there a DCC adventure that fits this bill? I can always change m...

Re: Creeping Beauties of the Woods

Enlo finds a few small bones, birds and mammals, among the leaves. It looks like the flue would need be cleaned if you wanted to light a fire here without the smoke blowing out into the common room. That is probably an easy enough task. MrHemlocks, I am still waiting for Luck checks from the rest o...

Pratel, pondering the situation decides to ask his deity for guidance. Getting down onto his knees he ask for the gift of foresight. His eyes seem to glow as if infused by holy light. "Choranus, hear my pray, or this I ask you." ooc... He will cast Second Sight spell. 1d20+1=11 He burns on...

ooc...Is the game still one? Raven had not posted here in over 16 days! I mean come on now...16 days! Unless he is sick, god forbid, or has no internet there is NO reason he could not post a few times by now. It takes less than one minute to post a sentence or two. Re: Help me pick a first level module

The Doom of the Savage Kings is a must! It will fit into any existing campaigns and the village of Hirot can be used time-and-time again by the players. Great adventure. It is DCC version of D&D Village of Hommlet.

Re: Converting over to DCC

Thanks for the listing of various names and places...sure to use some of those :o In DCC your character does not just be a typical cleric or thief class. There are MANY alternate characters and races for this game. I suggest looking at Crawl #10 for some really classes. My favorite is the Halfling B...

Would Solomon Kane feel at home in the Shudder Mountains and Chained Coffin adventure? I am kind of burnt out on high fantasy...need a change :)

Pratel and Balin place their arms around their mouth and nose. Signaling for the rest of the party to follow, they make it to the entrance of the south chamber. There they wait for the others to join them.

ooc... Both characters will look for secret doors and hidden traps along the way.

Re: Fantasy miniatures for DCC

I believe that when a line of figures are cast in 25mm they will not be the same size. So, this hobbit is part of the 25mm line but the casting will be shorter than the elf/human/dwarf races.

Well I guess they will search the inn first...from top to bottom. They will look for traps, secret doors and smell for treasure along the way. The stable will be saved for last with little Tarpy climbing the ladder using his thief skills.

Re: Creeping Beauties of the Woods

To Graham the huntsman, the tracks appear to be those of a big horse...probably a warhorse. It appears that someone mounted on a warhorse waited here all night, from the tracks, but there is no sign as to how they arrived or departed. The vines may be similar to those that attempted to throttle Xim...

Balin, gets to within 10' of the corpse and prods it with his 10' pole. He places his free arm up around his face to cover himself from the smell and just in case the corpse could pop open spilling itself outward. Pratel and Bron follow close behind. ooc... Pratel, heads over to the west door. "Excuse me ladies." He opens the door just enough so the three of them can see within the room. " Now let's have a look before moving onward." The opening of the west door: http://myweb.northshore.edu/users/ccarlsen/poetry/lynn/images/excavati...
