It's sadly a limitation of the current board format/version... Upgrading would be a great idea when time/resources collide properly, I'm sure... I also moderate these boards, and some days find myself deleting 25+ posts just to keep these forums PG-13... We are working within the confines of the cur...

Here, here! Cafe Press is the way to go for custom print jobs like this -- I've had very good success as both a customer and a vendor there. Ideally, since it's virtually free to operate your store at Cafe Press, you could offer t-shirts of every single DCC cover or specific cover/prints of your fav...

I was excited to talk to Joseph about 4E and the direction Goodman Games is going in with the new edition. It's a thrill and a privilege to be on board and be able to contribute to the first wave of content being produced for our fans -- those who have already gotten a taste for the Goodman Games pr...

I love these sorts of compilations. I'm certainly looking forward to this product. On a very basic level (it goes very deep), it gives a platform for all the Grimtooths traps you ever wanted to throw at the players and monster combos that cant exist in "nature". Jeff - I couldn't have said it better. Those Grimtooth's Traps and other ultra-nasty encounters often seem ou...

I took a lot of the anecdotes and stories from the tourney GMs and added them to the final manuscript as sidebars in the corresponding rooms - from initial feedback, Joseph loved having these glimpses of tourney play and some of the clever ideas players came up with integrated into the module...

I don't think it will flop. Sure, some people will stick with 3.5 (many have invested hundreds, if not thousands, into books and content). But there is certainly a market for a hybrid game tapping into the spirit of MMORPGs - a younger audience (with shorter attention spans?) that want immediate RPG...

Why is there an option to quit before the buzzer sounds? Because if players wanted to end it early, they could do so anyway by dragging it out. I had this happen during a session of Crypt of the Devil Lich... The team knew they were nearing the end of their time block, but didn't know how close they...

I have a strong feeling that WotC will seal the borders, so to speak, and either eliminate the open nature of the rules altogether, or do a very limited licensing situation like you mention.
